Over time, Susan connected with hundreds of physicians and other healthcare workers, developing an understanding of what they valued or appreciated and listening to what caused concern and distress. Those experiences helped her develop a deep understanding of the importance of belonging, the value of promoting physician wellness, and the need to prevent burnout and support physicians, even when support resulted in a separation. She is passionate about helping her clients improve their emotional intelligence, develop leadership skills, improve clinical outcomes for patients, and find joy in their professional and personal lives.

Susan has an MBA from Loyola University - Sellinger School of Business.

In addition to her many professional accomplishments, Susan is an active volunteer.

She is married and the mother of three children. She and her husband love traveling and spending time with family, including two young grandchildren. She currently resides in the D.C.- Maryland metropolitan area.
